River North's Osteria Via Stato serves up an Italian-inspired, all-you-can-eat brunch buffet on Sundays 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. With a carving station, a ricotta doughnut station, a dolce station and a smoked fish station, guests can order made-to-order creations including sourdough waffles, strawberry panna cotta, almond macaroons, to name a few.
