The newest outpost from Eataly Chicago is BAITA. Inspired by winter destinations in Northern Italy, BAITA is the word for "small ski lodge." For the winter of 2018-2019, BAITA serves up Italian comfort favorites like potato gnocchi, melted raclette cheese, finger foods and specialty cocktails, wines and dishes inspired by the Italian Alps. Eat from the gnocherria section of the menu, where you'll find a selection of prepared gnocchi dishes as well as other pizzas, antipasti and pastas. Specialty cocktails, warming wines, Italian hot chocolate and a selection of digestifs are also available to sip. Find daily chef bites available daily from 3-5 p.m. and vino hour Monday and Thursday 5-7 p.m. From 5-9 p.m. on Thursdays, enjoy a local DJ, $6 Alpine spritzes and complimentary tastings of Luxardo liquer.
