Following a 2016 fire, County BBQ in Chicago's UIC/Little Italy neighborhood has reopened in January 2019. David Morton and Michael Kornick are the masterminds behind this modern barbeque restaurant. Carnivorous customers can enjoy seasonal dishes such as Texas brisket sandwiches, St. Louis-style spare ribs, Chicago rib tips. Pair it with sides like corn pudding and collard greens and wash it down with an ice cold draft beer or specialty cocktail. County BBQ has been a Bib Gourmand designation by the Michelin Travel and Lifestyle guide in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
